Extra Virgin Olivo Olive Oil is obtained through patient waiting for nature and respecting its rules.  Olives at an optimum ripeness index are harvested with “by hand with the net” method. Within 24 hours they are transported to the selected mill where compressed oil is then stored in the dark at a constant temperature. Oil is bottled and packed by hand. Our packaging is made from natural materials, which can be recycled after use. Each order is handled individually; therefore oil is bottled immediately before the sale. In this way freshness is guaranteed and the product is prepared especially for you.
